If you join the waitlist we store the name, email address, and interest you submit, plus a timestamp. We use this only to contact you about Signal access and to understand which capabilities people want. We do not sell or share this information, and we delete it on request — email us.
Beta users run on isolated, single-tenant instances: your documents, email, and records live in your own instance's ledger, not a shared store. We access a beta user's instance only with their permission, for support. Your full ledger is exportable, and on account deletion the instance and its data are destroyed.
Where the email-triage beta connects to a Google account, Signal's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Email data is read to classify and summarize your own mail for you; it is not used for advertising, not sold, and not used to train generalized models. Access is revocable at any time from your Google account settings.
